Job description

A CASA (Current Account Savings Account) Sales Officer at Equitas Small Finance Bank is responsible for acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing ones to promote the bank's CASA products. This role involves opening new accounts, assisting clients with banking needs, and ensuring customer service excellence, while adhering to bank policies. They also focus on identifying and acquiring HNI clients (High Net Worth Individuals) for various liability products. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients for CASA products, including current and savings accounts. 
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase cross-selling opportunities. 
  • Product Promotion: Promote the bank's CASA products and services, explaining their features and benefits. 
  • Account Opening and Assistance: Open new accounts, assist clients with banking needs, and provide excellent customer service. 
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures. 
  • Field Sales: Conduct field sales activities to identify new business opportunities. 
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for CASA product acquisition. 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Education: Graduate degree.
  • Banking Knowledge: Understanding of banking products, particularly CASA.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Compliance: Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) and other banking regulations.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of successful sales and client acquisition.
