  • 1. Customer Acquisitin


  • Onboard new customers through proper documentation and KYC (Know Your Customer) verification


  • Conduct cold calls, field visits, and participate in promotional events to generate leads.

    • 2. Achieving Sales Targets






    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the bank.




    • Track performance metrics and prepare daily sales report


    • 3. Relationship Management






    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.




    • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.




    • Encourage existing customers to refer new clients (referral sales)


    • 4. Product Promotion and Cross-Selling






    • Promote and explain CASA products (such as premium accounts, overdraft facilities, etc.).




    • Cross-sell related banking products like debit cards, credit cards, insurance, and loan services.






    5. Documentation and Compliance






    • Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per bank and regulatory requirements.




    • Maintain confidentiality of customer data.




    • Follow RBI and internal compliance guidelines for account opening.






    6. Market Intelligence






    • Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.




    • Gather feedback from customers to recommend improvements in products or services.
