Job description

We are looking for a proactive and polite Customer Service Feedback Caller to contact customers and collect their feedback on our services/products. Your role will involve making outbound calls, recording responses accurately, resolving basic queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to collect service/product feedback

Record responses clearly and accurately in the system

Handle basic customer queries or redirect them to the concerned department

Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times

Follow call scripts and company policies

Report common issues and customer concerns to the team lead
