Picker & Packer

Job description

·         Order Fulfillment: Picking, verifying, and packing items
according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. 

·         Inventory Management: Using
scanners and inventory systems to track stock levels and ensure accurate
records. 

·         Physical Tasks: Lifting,
walking, standing, and bending to retrieve and move products throughout the
warehouse. 

·         Packing and Shipping: Preparing
shipments for delivery, including labeling boxes, verifying quantities, and
ensuring proper packaging. 

·         Safety and Organization: Maintaining
a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols, and
reporting any issues.

Skills and
Qualifications: 

• ·         Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in picking,
  packing, and inventory management. 


• ·         Physical Strength and Stamina: Lifting and moving products,
  standing for extended periods. 


• ·         Basic Math Skills: Calculating quantities and
  verifying order accuracy. 


• ·         Reliability and Dependability: Meeting deadlines and completing
  tasks efficiently. 


• ·         Teamwork: Collaborating with other warehouse
  staff to achieve common goals. 


• ·         Communication Skills: Communicating with supervisors and
  other team members. 


• ·         Ability to Work Independently: Managing tasks and priorities with
