Role Overview: We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Business Analyst to power our growth across
marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and platforms. This role will be at the core of our decisionmaking engine—mining insights from data, identifying trends, and driving strategic interventions
across demand, supply, and marketing levers.
Key Responsibilities:
 Analyse sales data across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms to extract actionable
insights
 Track category-level growth, competitive performance, and consumer trends (primary and
secondary) across platforms
 Deep dive into vectors like availability, discoverability, etc. to identify what’s moving the
needle
 Forecast demand and supply by analyzing various internal and external signals
 Develop, automate, and maintain daily/weekly business reports and dashboards in Excel,
Python, or SQL
 Present insights clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders to influence decision-making
What You’ll Need:
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
 Working knowledge of Python and SQL is highly preferred (for automation and analysis)
 A knack for data storytelling — ability to convert data into business narratives and growth
ideas
 Prior experience in e-commerce, analytics, or marketplace environments is a plus
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points For:
 Experience working directly with Amazon/Vendor Central, Flipkart, or other e-commerce
platforms
 Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
