Position - Modern Trade Sales Manager
Location: Prayagraj.

execution.

Forecast & Analyse: Contribute to accurate sales projections and leverage data for strategic
decision-making.
Collaborate: Work seamlessly with internal teams to optimize the sales process and drive
overall success.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated achievements in modern trade sales, ideally within the
food/FMCG sector.
Relationship Master: Excels at building and nurturing strong relationships with diverse
stakeholders.
Negotiation Pro: Skilled negotiator capable of securing win-win agreements.
Data-Driven: Analysis sales data to uncover insights and inform strategy.
Communication Ace: Articulates ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
Strategic & Adaptable: Identifies opportunities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA
preferred).
4- 8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a focus on modern trade.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
