Job Title: Sales Manager - B2B Furniture
Location: Hybrid
Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Business-to-Business (B2B) sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating newbusiness leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth within the commercial furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, designers, facility
managers, and procurement professionals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
and referrals.
3. Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and provide tailored
solutions.
4. Present and demonstrate furniture products and services to clients.
5. Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, operations) to ensure seamless
order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
7. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
8. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings and services.
9. Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
10. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's
brand and generate leads.
Requirements:
1. 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
6. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working with architects, designers, or facility managers.
2. Knowledge of commercial furniture products and industry trends.
3. Certification in sales or a related field (e.g., Certified Sales Professional).
4. Experience with sales analytics and data-driven decision-making.
