Location-Mumbai
A Payroll Executive with knowledge of PF and ESIC would
be responsible for handling end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring statutory
compliance, and managing employee queries related to PF and ESIC. This role
involves calculating, deducting, and depositing PF and ESIC contributions, as
well as managing employee records and providing support to HR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PAYROLL
PROCESSING:
• Calculate and process salaries, including
deductions like PF, ESIC, TDS, and PT.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
• Process leave, incentives, and other
salary-related adjustments.
• Handle salary revisions and deductions.
• Maintain accurate payroll records.
• PF and ESIC Management:
• Manage PF and ESIC challans, registrations, and
monthly contributions.
• Ensure timely filing of PF and ESIC returns.
• Handle employee PF and ESIC claims.
• Maintain records related to PF and ESIC
contributions.
STATUTORY
COMPLIANCE:
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Process statutory deductions like PF, ESIC, PT, and Bonus.
• Maintain records of statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities for statutory compliance.
• Employee Queries:
• Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, PF, and
ESIC.
• Provide clear and accurate information to employees.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Generate payroll reports and other required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll information.
EMPLOYEE QUERIES:
• Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, PF, and
ESIC.
• Provide clear and accurate information to employees.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Generate payroll reports and other required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll information.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Assist in HR-related tasks, such as leave management and employee
records.
• Support HR in various payroll-related aspects.
• Coordinate with finance and other departments.
REQUIREMENTS

Manage payroll independently
·
Strong understanding of statutory compliances
like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Insurance, Minimum Wages Act, Labor Laws/ Labor codes,
etc.
·
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
·
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS System
·
Able to work in a fast-paced, professional
office environment
·
Willing to take direction if and when needed,
but also work independently
·
Good communication skills, both oral and written
SKILLS AND
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency
in MS Excel and payroll software.
· Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge
of Indian labor laws and regulations related to payroll, PF, and ESIC.
· Attention
to detail and accuracy.
· Ability
to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
