Job description
We are hiring Junior CSRs who can communicate effectively in multiple regional languages. The candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and must ensure a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email & chat.
- Resolve issues related to products, services, or orders.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Escalate unresolved queries to senior staff when necessary.
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction levels.
- Adhere to shift timings and follow company protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Fluency in at least 4 of the following languages: Hindi, English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
