Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team! As a Field Service Engineer, you
will be responsible for providing technical support and helping our customers by responding to their requests for service in
a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements & Responsibilities
• Hands on experience in garage equipment’s
• Technical Knowledge about Garage Equipment (Wheel Aligner, Wheel Balancer, Tyre Changer, lifts, Bodyshop
equipment – paint booth, welding equipment)
• Should be familiar with
- Basics of Suspension and its Geometry followed by Steering Mechanisms and understanding
of vehicle Dynamics. This includes Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancing, and Road Force
Balancing.
- Basic of engine operation
- Basics of HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
- Basics on Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical and Electronics
o Hydraulics & Pneumatics will include the working of Double Acting pump, Power
pack etc.
o Electrical Basics would include Ohm’s Law fundamentals, usage of Multimeter,
Basic Electrical Symbols.
o Electronics: Diode configurations, basic Intel 8081 Microcontroller principle
- Basic knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System)
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi & any other local language)
• Willingness to travel intracity and intercity for service-related queries
• Ability and willingness to learn
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• 2-wheeler mandatory
