Hi,


We are looking Desktop service engineer.































































































Purpose & Primary Function
1. Must have knowledge in hardware fixing
{knowledge of repairing laptop & desktop} & software installation in
laptops & desktop’s.
2. Must have knowledge in operating system like Ubuntu,
Windows 7/8/10.
3. Experience of 5-10 years of desktop support with good
communication skills.
4. Troubleshooting skills in networking (LAN/Wi-Fi) related
problems.
5. Experience in logging calls with HP, Dell, Lenovo. 
6. Vendor management
7.Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Day-to-day activities by solving user problems.
2.Asset management - S/W, H/W, License etc.
3. Manage and co-ordinate IT projects
4. Windows Server administration - AD, File Server, DHCP, WSUS
etc.
5. Administration of Information Security Management System.
6. Firewall management - policy, content filtering, VPN,
IPSec etc.
7.Help create technical documentation and manuals
Competencies & Key Requirements 
Windows Server administration - AD, File Server, DHCP, WSUS
etc.
Administration of Information Security Management System.
Backup management and ensuring the business continuity.
Person Specification 
Total Experience  1-5 yrs
Relevant Experience  1-2 yrs
Education Qualification  BCA, MCA,
B.Tech, Any Graduate
Technical Skills (IT & Dev) Linux,
Windows
Certification/Deploma  Microsoft,
ITIL, Cisco or other certification would be an advantage
