Project support engineer

Job description

Project ExecuƟon & Commissioning:
 Lead end-to-end deployment of Genetec-based integrated security systems, including
server configuraƟon, VMS setup, access control integraƟon, and ANPR calibraƟon.
 Configure and commission Genetec Omnicast, Synergis, and AutoVu modules with
third-party hardware (Axis, Bosch, Hanwha, HID, Mercury, etc.).
 Implement federated architectures, failover clustering, and mulƟ-site unificaƟon.
 Integrate with third-party plaƞorms such as BMS, fire alarm systems, video analyƟcs,
and elevator access using SDKs and APIs.
 Perform system tesƟng, validaƟon, and commissioning sign-off with client
stakeholders.
Support & Maintenance:
 Provide L2/L3 support for Genetec Security Center installaƟons, handling advanced
diagnosƟcs, soŌware upgrades, and patch management.
 Manage and monitor system health, resource uƟlizaƟon, database integrity, and
storage opƟmizaƟon.
 Generate support documentaƟon, change logs, incident reports, and prevenƟve
maintenance plans.
 Coordinate with Genetec support and escalate cases as per SLA guidelines.
Client Engagement & Training:
 Interact Act as the technical interface for enterprise customers, consultants, and
internal project teams.
 Conduct user training, admin onboarding, and operaƟonal handholding postdeployment.
