Role & Responsibility:
Oversee and manage sales operations for individual
branches, focusing on home loans for rural housing.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve
targets and maximize market penetration in rural
areas.
Mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales
professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to
drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer
needs to identify opportunities for growth and
innovation.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline
processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the
customer experience.
Prepare regular reports and forecasts, providing insights
and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in sales
management, specifically in home loans or mortgage-
related roles.
Proven track record of success in leading and motivating
sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
In-depth knowledge of the rural housing market, including
market trends, regulations, and customer
preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing
multiple priorities effectively.
