Operations Executive

Job description

Job Purpose:

Able to handle all types of operations work, which includes
coordinating with clients and vendors in

completion of infrastructure and appliances related repair
and maintenance work.

Experience : Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience

Duties and
Responsibilities:

·        
Capable of
coordinating with vendors (carpenter, painter, plumber, AC mechanic,
electrician

·        
etc.)

·        
Capable of creating
job card, quotations to invoice: a complete end to end supply chain

·        
management of work (service)

·        
Coordinate
with client from beginning to end and get final completion report from the
client

Skills Required :

Good communication
skills

·        
Negotiation skills

Essential
Qualification:

·        
Ability to identify
and effectively address maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.

·        
Understanding of
budgeting principles and the ability to track expenditures.

·        
Strong
understanding of various equipment, systems, and processes relevant to the
facility

·        
or operation.

·        
Excellent verbal
and written communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors,
and  management.
