An Logistic Operations Executive manages the day-to-day
online retail operations, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory
management, and customer service. They collaborate with various teams to
optimize the e-commerce workflow, improve customer satisfaction, and increase
sales. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Overseeing stock levels, ensuring product availability,
and coordinating with suppliers.

Order Processing: Managing order fulfillment, including picking, packing,
and shipping.

Customer Service Coordination: Working with customer service to resolve queries,
complaints, and returns.

Product Listings: Maintaining accurate and attractive product descriptions,
images, and pricing on the website.

Website Management: Monitoring website functionality, user experience, and
resolving technical issues.

Digital Marketing Support: Coordinating with marketing teams for promotions,
