Job description

An Logistic Operations Executive manages the day-to-day online retail operations, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and customer service. They collaborate with various teams to optimize the e-commerce workflow, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Inventory Management: Overseeing stock levels, ensuring product availability, and coordinating with suppliers. 

·         Order Processing: Managing order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping. 

·         Customer Service Coordination: Working with customer service to resolve queries, complaints, and returns. 

·         Product Listings: Maintaining accurate and attractive product descriptions, images, and pricing on the website. 

·         Website Management: Monitoring website functionality, user experience, and resolving technical issues. 

·         Digital Marketing Support: Coordinating with marketing teams for promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing efforts. 

·         Data Analysis: Analyzing website analytics, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities. 

·         Collaboration: Working with logistics, fulfillment, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. 

Skills and Qualifications:
