Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹21,000 (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in-store with product selection and information

Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth

Maintain store hygiene and display standards

Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy

Handle billing operations through POS systems

Manage customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner

Promote HealthKart loyalty programs, offers, and upsell relevant products

Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 0–3 years in Retail/Sales roles

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer/POS system knowledge preferred

Strong customer service attitude and presentable appearance

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
