Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management & Market Insight:
• Monitor market developments through research and competitive analysis.
• Drive customer-centric strategies to foster long-term client relationships.
• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure sales efforts are outcome-focused and aligned with the brand message.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Set clear performance evaluation criteria and motivate the sales team through continuous feedback.
• Promote collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance delivery and post-sales engagement.
• Foster a performance-driven culture based on outcomes and transparent goal setting.
Operational Excellence & Reporting:
• Oversee budget utilization and ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Share weekly MIS and sales performance reports with leadership.
• Identify gaps through internal audits and refine the sales approach accordingly.
