A Telesales Executive sells products or services over the
phone, engaging with potential and existing customers to generate
sales. They are responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting
products, negotiating prices, and closing deals. Some focus on inbound
calls (receiving calls from interested customers), while others specialize in
outbound telesales (making calls to generate interest). 



Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls: Contacting potential customers to present products and
services.

Understanding customer needs: Identifying customer requirements and tailoring solutions.

Presenting products and services: Describing features and benefits to potential customers.



·        
Negotiating and closing deals: Securing sales and managing customer relationships.

Following scripts: Using provided scripts to engage customers and provide
information.
