Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the capital equipment, engineering components, and machinery sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and decision-makers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings, including specifications, features, and benefits.
Offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Customer Interaction:
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with potential customers.
Provide technical advice and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Sales Proposals & Negotiations:
Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Identify new market segments and areas for business expansion.
Post-Sales Support:
Ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction post-sale.
Address customer queries and issues promptly, coordinating with the service and engineering teams as needed.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
3–4 years of relevant sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel
