Key
Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Design Review:




• Analyze and review architectural and structural
  designs for feasibility.


• Provide inputs to optimize design for cost, quality,
  and timelines.


• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and
  design teams.




• Site Execution:




• Supervise all civil construction activities on-site
  for residential buildings (e.g., villas, apartments).


• Monitor site work to ensure it aligns with project
  drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.


• Manage construction schedules, contractor work, and
  labor deployment.




• Quality Assurance & Control:




• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures at the site.


• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure adherence
  to specifications.




• Vendor & Contractor Coordination:




• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
  for timely delivery and execution.


• Evaluate contractor performance and ensure adherence
  to contracts and SLAs.




• Documentation & Reporting:




• Maintain site logs, progress reports, BOQs, and
  billing documents.


• Prepare daily/weekly project reports for management.




• Compliance:




• Ensure compliance with local building codes,
  environmental laws, and safety regulations.


• Support documentation for approvals and permits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech)


• 3–7 years of experience in residential construction or
  real estate projects


• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and
  legal regulations


• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other
  construction software


• Strong leadership and project management skills

Preferred
Skills:

• Experience in working with reputed residential real
  estate developers


• Proficiency in budgeting and cost control


• Strong understanding of structural design, MEP
  coordination, and finishing work


• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices
