DSS Group is looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development
Executive/Trainee to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone
passionate about real estate, redevelopment, and project coordination. As part of
our team, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to drive business
growth and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and reach out to societies interested in redevelopment opportunities.
 Assist in the preparation of documentation, proposals, and presentations for
redevelopment projects.
 Follow up with clients and societies to ensure timely responses and smooth
coordination.
 Work with internal teams to ensure proper coordination during vacating and
possession handovers.
 Support project teams in handling on-ground requirements and resolving
issues as they arise.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with society members, clients, and
other stakeholders.
 Demonstrate keen interest and understanding of the real estate and
redevelopment sectors.
Skills & Qualifications:
 A minimum of 1+ year of experience in business development, real estate,
or project coordination.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and
internal teams.
 Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently or as part of a
team.
 Knowledge of redevelopment projects and related processes is a plus.
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 A passion for real estate, redevelopment, and project management.
Education:
 Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (preferably related to real estate or
business development).
