  Job Description-  Inventory Executive

 Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock takes all business functions.
 Record all stock movement and deliveries in the database and prepare regular reports. Inventory Audit Reconciliations and MIS Reports.
 Reduction in Damages & Expiries. Ensuring stock checks (Daily, weekly & monthly).
 Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly management reports. Preparation of presentations to provide information to different levels of management teams and external        people.
Shrinkage, Dump, Damages & Expiries control/reporting all business functions. Reduction in pilferage/shrink levels in all business functions.
Location-wise asset ownership - recording, reconciliation, Periodic verification. Trained and mentored the staff in tasks including receiving, restocking, and documentation.
Controlling various inventory matrices i.e. maintaining Inventory Accuracy with shrinkage control, Controlling the various inventory losses and damage , controlling the expiry losses by using fifo method and monitoring product shelf life.
