Promote and sell DocOnline’s healthcare plans and value-added services to potential customers through outbound calls.
Understand Customer health and financial needs to recommend the most suitable plan, with a focus on high-ATS products and EMI offerings.
Clearly explain plan benefits, features, and pricing to customers, addressing queries and building confidence in our services.
Maintain strong customer relationships by following up, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Accurately document sales interactions, lead status, conversions, and feedback in CRM systems.
Share regular updates with the Team Leader on progress, objections faced, and potential improvements.
Develop a deep understanding of DocOnline’s digital health services, including Doctor Consultations, SmartSave, Chronic Care, Mental Health products, and more.
