  SEM Manager Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled SEM Manager to join our team. The SEM Manager will beresponsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzingperformance data, and optimizing campaigns to drive growth and revenue.Responsibilities:● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, includingsearch, social, email, and display advertising● Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization andgrowth● Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, andconversion rates● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development,to execute campaigns that align with overall marketing goals● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies tooptimize campaign performanceRequirements:● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field● 4 years of experience in digital marketing or related field● Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns● Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools● Excellent communication and collaboration skills● Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms● Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plusSkills:● Strong effective communicator.
