.About the Company SILICA (a division of Edit Systems Pvt Ltd) is a leading institute providing guidance and coaching for design entrance exams like NID, IIT-CEED, NIFT, NATA / JEE (B.Arch) for admissions to design programs. Over the last 18+ years, 18,000+ SILICA students have got admission in top Design, Fashion, Architecture & Art colleges in India and Abroad. SILICA is headquartered in Mumbai but has 25 centers in Pune, Bangalore, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Indore & Lucknow with plans to open new centers in other cities in the near future. We are a 32 year old educational group with 2 other educational divisions running successfully across India.

POSITION DETAILS 

Position Center Manager / Asst. Center Manager 

Work Locations Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad

 Years of Experience Minimum 2-3 Years. Can be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates .

Qualification Any Graduate 

Shift / Work Timings

 Day Shift. 11.30 to 8.00pm. Sunday Working. Any other day, weekly off 

Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)

Excellent English Communication Skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

 - Analytical Skills & Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets/ Docs - Team Management skills

 - Target Oriented

 - Interest in customer service

 - Interest in the education field

 - Interest in mentoring

Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales:

Taking overall responsibility for center sales targets

 Achieving conversion and admissions targets 

Managing team of counselors & executives 

Planning and executing local level marketing activities

Ensuring installments collection is on time 

Timely reporting to Area Manager

Academics & Operations:

Taking overall responsibility for center operations targets

 Managing team of academic co-ordinator / executive

 Achieving strong customer word of mouth 

Interacting with and motivating faculties. 

Interacting with students and parents. 

Solving Operational Problems as and when they arise.
