Job Title: Medical Representative

Location: [Gurgaon and Lucknow]

Salary - 35k to 45 (hike on current salary +250 /- Ta+Da)

About  us:-

we are  a licensed cannabis wellness company in India, offering Ayurvedic-inspired cannabinoid formulations to alleviate chronic and neuropathic pain. Our product range includes CBD-infused solutions such as oral tinctures, roll-ons, oils, and balms targeting conditions like joint pain, migraines, muscle soreness, and menstrual discomfort.

Role Summary:

As a Medical Representative , you will be responsible for promoting our range of CBD-based wellness products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with clinics and pharmacies, and educating stakeholders on the benefits, usage, and safety of our formulations in line with Ayurvedic and cannabinoid science.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote ours CBD-infused products to doctors, clinics, wellness centers, and pharmacies.

Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, formulations, dosage, and clinical use cases.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners and alternative medicine specialists.

Organize CMEs, product demos, and awareness initiatives.

Provide regular feedback from the field to the marketing and R&D teams.

Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or wellness product sales (experience in Ayurvedic or cannabinoid-based products is a plus).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Ayurvedic and plant-based therapeutic practices is an advantage.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
