What we do

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the cash and bank operations including vendor reconciliations and accurate
recording of transactions and ledgers.
• Manage cash flow forecasting on monthly and quarterly level and maintaining actual
payouts in line with budgets.
• Manage the Procure to pay process through tech systems and ensure payments basis
PO vs GRN vs Invoice and GST checks.
• Manage accounting for expense accruals, Interest Income and expense and loan
repayments.
• Undertake month end closure with respect to Indirect expenses, credit card
transactions and reimbursement transactions.
• Review cashflow reporting at budget vs Actual, Daily and weekly level and run
payment run approval process.
• Considering the growth phase of the organization, implementation of automation of
tasks in ensuring efficiency of the business finance operations
Qualifications and Skills:
• Chartered Accountant
• Effective Communication
• Advanced level knowledge of excel and Tally.
• Hardworking and multi-tasking.
• Feel captivated about solving problems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
