Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue targets and market

related industries, positioning Altem Technologies as a trusted partner for their 3D printing
and engineering needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique
requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are equipped with
the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, and customer service
teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective communication.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new
business opportunities and areas for growth
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and
closure.
