The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with new and existing partners in the real estate domain. Key Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance sales performance. Monitor partner activities and provide performance analysis, feedback, and necessary support

Provide ongoing training and resources to ensure partners are well-equipped to promote and sell our offerings effectively. Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or channel management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Presentable personality with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
