Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across all departments.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment processes accordingly.

Build and maintain a strong employer brand through career events, social media, and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Utilize data and recruitment metrics to analyze hiring performance and make data-driven decisions.

Oversee and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Stay up to date with industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive hiring practices.

Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team (if applicable).

Ensure hiring processes comply with labor laws and internal policies.
