Designation  - Purchase Desk Executive

 Location - Mahape-Navi Mumbai
Experience -1Y
Education Graduate in any field
Role The person will be responsible for ensuring timely creation of
Purchase Orders, mailing the same to the vendor, and all MIS
relating to Purchase Orders.

Skills Required- VLOOKUP,HLOOKUP,PIVOT TABLE,Formulas etc
 Strong knowledge of Excel & Excel Macros.
 Should have good oral & written communication skills.
 Need to handle queries from multiple sources &
communicate effectively with the Cross functional team
(RnD, Purchase, Prod. etc)
 Have previously worked with Google form & Google
spreadsheet & have good hands-on skill with these tools.
 Have some idea about SAP B1/ERP system
 To take requirement from all functions for Purchase
order creation.
 Creation of Purchase Order in SAP based on the
requirement within the SLAs.
 Ensuring follow up with the approver for timely approval
of the Purchase Orders in SAP
