PosiƟon: Sales ExecuƟve (Female) – 2 Nos Industry: Real Estate LocaƟon: Gurgaon Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | RotaƟonal Week Off CompensaƟon: Fixed Salary + AƩracƟve IncenƟve Model Job DescripƟon: We are looking for a proacƟve and customer-oriented Sales ExecuƟve (Female) to manage client interacƟons, lead coordinaƟon, and internal communicaƟon. The ideal candidate should be enthusiasƟc about real estate, have strong communicaƟon skills, and be organized in managing leads and client data. Key ResponsibiliƟes: Make and receive calls to/from clients to explain the company profile and project offerings. Coordinate with the internal sales team by distribuƟng leads and tracking the progress of each lead assigned to Sales Managers. IniƟate contact with leads, introduce the project, share relevant details via WhatsApp if needed, and forward qualified leads to the respecƟve Sales Manager. Collect leads from various vendors, social media plaƞorms, and online portals. Organize and maintain detailed lead records in Excel for follow-up and tracking. Required Skills & QualificaƟons: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate calling or sales. Excellent verbal communicaƟon and convincing skills. Graduate or currently pursuing graduaƟon. Ability to organize and manage data efficiently (especially in Excel). Proven sales performance supported by data or metrics. Professional and client-focused demeanour.
