Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and handle inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients, ensuring that all appointments are logged and confirmed.
Customer Support: Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
Admin Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and filing.
Office Supplies Management: Ensure the front desk and office areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies and maintain inventory.
Managing Emails: Handle and respond to general inquiries through email in a timely manner.
Maintain Visitor Logs: Keep track of all visitors and ensure they follow security and office protocols.
Coordination with Departments: Support HR, Sales, and other departments as needed for smooth communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and a pleasant, courteous demeanor.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
