Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective job descriptions.

Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social platforms, and referrals.

Screen resumes and job applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.

Conduct interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) and coordinate with internal teams for further rounds.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain candidate data and hiring records in the HR system or database.

Provide a great candidate experience and ensure timely communication.

Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
