Job Description – Area Sales Manager
(a) Client Management – Managing and client servicing (addressing the problems) of the overall Clients of the Company in your location and nearby cities as directed by the Company.
(b) Installation of Vending Machines – You will be responsible for generating leads for new clients, ensuring successful demos at their office premises and ensuring successful installation of machines at the Client’s premises.
(c) Business Development – You will be responsible for the following:
- Business development of vending machines as well as commercials negotiations by
- Identifying market potential to establish new Accounts/ Channel/Distributors/territory to install Vending Machines and ensuring right Machine placement with fixed Productivity.
- Achieving the target set by the Company in terms of Sales Volume, Revenue and Profitability goals.
- Monitoring overall functionality with respect to each client & working towards Improvements to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Handling potential customers to determine their requirements; ensure Proactive sales exploration to new customer acquisition.
- Preparing and maintaining regular MIS/sales forecast Reports to provide feedback to the top management along with an action plan for effective rendering of services.
