Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate field executives/team leads in daily operations

Monitor task assignments, visit schedules, and ensure timely completion of field activities

Ensure operational efficiency and quality control on the ground

Recruit, train, and manage field staff performance

Handle escalations, grievances, and ensure customer satisfaction

Monitor inventory/logistics (if applicable) and field resources

Generate and present daily/weekly reports to management

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Conduct field audits, surprise checks, and regular reviews

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve field operations
