Technical Support Engineer 

Experience : 1 Year

 Location: Jagatpur , Ahmedabad 

🎯 Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with 1 year of experience to provide first-level support for users in resolving technical issues related to MS SQL Server, Microsoft Office applications, and basic networking. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of troubleshooting hardware/software problems and maintaining system performance. 

🎯 Key Responsibilities: ï‚· Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware. 

ï‚· Respond to user requests via phone, email, or ticketing system

. ï‚· Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to: o Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) o MS SQL Server (Basic query execution, login issues, backups) o Internet and LAN connectivity

 ï‚· Assist in installation, configuration, and upgrading of systems/software. 

ï‚· Monitor system and network performance; escalate complex issues to higher-level support. 

ï‚· Maintain asset inventory, user documentation, and update support logs. ï‚· Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords. 

ï‚· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates and backups. 

ï‚· Provide support for printers, scanners, and other peripherals. 

🎯 Required Skills & Knowledge: 🎯 Technical Skills  Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server (queries, backup, restore, login issues)

. ï‚· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word).

 ï‚· Understanding of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and basic network troubleshooting. 

ï‚· Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Server editions). 

ï‚· Knowledge of remote desktop tools and helpdesk software (like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or ServiceNow).
