Job description

We are seeking a proacƟve and technically skilled Projects & Support Engineer to manage the implementaƟon, commissioning, and post-deployment support of CCTV Surveillance Systems and Access Control SoluƟons across client locaƟons. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading OEMs (e.g., Axis, Bosch, Hanwha, Genetec, Milestone, Lenel, HID, etc.), and be capable of handling site-level execuƟon, troubleshooƟng, and client coordinaƟon independently. Key ResponsibiliƟes: Project ImplementaƟon:  Coordinate and execute end-to-end installaƟon and commissioning of CCTV and ACS projects at client sites.  Conduct site surveys, finalize BOQs, and validate the design based on real-world requirements.  Supervise installaƟon teams and vendors to ensure adherence to Ɵmelines and quality standards.  Ensure proper configuraƟon of cameras, NVRs, VMS plaƞorms, access control panels, readers, and soŌware.  Conduct system tesƟng, client training, and handover documentaƟon. Technical Support & Maintenance:  Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for exisƟng CCTV and ACS installaƟons.  Handle fault diagnosis, remote troubleshooƟng, firmware upgrades, and performance tuning.  Coordinate AMC acƟviƟes including prevenƟve maintenance, health checks, and support logs.  Liaise with OEMs and internal escalaƟon teams for advanced issue resoluƟon. DocumentaƟon & ReporƟng:  Maintain accurate documentaƟon of system configuraƟons, network diagrams, and change logs.  Generate weekly and monthly reports on Ɵcket closures, system upƟme, and support cases. Page 2 ConfidenƟal Customer Engagement:  Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer during and post project execuƟon.  Ensure high customer saƟsfacƟon through Ɵmely support, resoluƟon, and communicaƟon.  Train client users and administrators on basic usage and troubleshooƟng.
