Machine Operator :
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor chocolate processing and packing machines as per SOPs.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any breakdowns immediately.
- Ensure product quality, correct weight, and proper packaging standards.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols strictly.
- Maintain daily machine operation logs and assist in cleaning during changeovers.
