Job description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage inventory and dispatch operations at Indus Cosmetical Pvt. Ltd., Shoghi, Shimla (H.P.). The role involves receiving and inspecting raw and packing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records using FIFO/FEFO methods, and conducting physical stock audits. The candidate will oversee loading/unloading operations, ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods, and manage all associated documentation and billing. Responsibilities also include verifying supplier invoices, updating ERP systems, and coordinating with departments such as production, QA/QC, accounts, and procurement. Adherence to cGMP, 5S, and safety protocols is essential. The ideal candidate should ensure readiness for all types of shipments—domestic, export, and Amazon—including labelling, strapping, and palletization as per Proforma Invoices.
