### **Job Summary:**

The Sales Officer – CASA is responsible for sourcing and acquiring new current and savings account customers. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets. This position plays a key role in expanding the bank’s retail liabilities portfolio.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Source and open new current and savings accounts (CASA) for individual and business customers.
* Conduct field visits and cold calls to generate leads and convert prospects.
* Explain product features, benefits, charges, and documentation requirements to customers.
* Meet assigned monthly targets for CASA acquisition and cross-selling bank products (e.g., FD, credit cards).
* Maintain regular follow-up with customers for account activation and funding.
* Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation as per bank policies.
* Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
* Update daily sales reports and customer interactions in CRM tools or reporting formats.

### **Qualifications & Skills:**

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Business, Finance).
* Minimum 0-2 years of experience in sales (preferably in banking/financial services).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
* Basic understanding of banking products and services.
* Proficiency in MS Office and mobile applications.
