Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Service CRM Executive to manage
customer interactions, service follow-ups, and complaint resolution for our electric vehicle
customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in CRM systems and excellent
communication skills to ensure a positive post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer service queries, complaints, and feedback through calls, emails, and
CRM tools.
Track and follow up on service requests, vehicle issues, and warranty claims.
Coordinate with service centers, dealers, and internal service teams for timely
resolution.
Maintain accurate service records and update CRM databases regularly.
Generate daily/weekly reports on customer issues and service performance.
Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication.
Support service campaigns, recalls, or product updates as needed.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or service coordination (EV or
automotive industry preferred).
Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with technical/service exposure.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software or service ticketing systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English) and a customer-first approach.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
