HR Recruiter

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level HR Recruiter to join our Human
Resources team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates,
screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities. This is an

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the full recruitment life cycle for entry-level and junior roles.
2. Post job openings on various job boards and company platforms.
3. Source and screen candidates through resume reviews and phone interviews.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
6. Support onboarding processes including document collection and orientation scheduling.
7. Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
8. Assist with recruitment-related reporting and administrative tasks.
9. Participate in career fairs and employer branding initiatives, as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or
currently pursuing).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms is a plus.
A genuine interest in HR and talent acquisition.
