Function -Maintenance / Technical Services 
Designation : HVAC - Technician 
Location : Mumbai (ONGC - Platform) 
Qualification : ITI in Mechanical / Electrical 
/ Refrigeration & Air-conditioning 
Engineering with working knowledge of 
Computer. 

Experience : Min 5 Years 

Additional Information : Minimum Experience of 05 years in Fault Diagnosis & trouble shooting of HVAC System 

Roles and Responsibilities  
∙Operating & maintenance of Chiller Plant as per scheduled time. 
∙Maintenance of chilled water pump, condenser water pumps & cooling tower Fan.  
∙Parameters logging of all Plant & terrace utilities. 
∙Servicing of Office AHU. 
∙Rectification of all HVAC related complaints during the Peak operating time. 
∙Chiller switching ON/OFF as per schedule 
∙Safety & Compliance 
∙Record Keeping 
∙Emergency Response
