. As BDM you will be responsible for sales, revenue and expenses, reports management .If you are someone who is proactive, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast pase environment then this is for you .

You’ll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and startups such as Byjus, Paytm etc. to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories.

  Onboarding Forex Agents onto our platform through calls and meetings.  Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team/Associate.  Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.  Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

.  Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs .  Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

.  Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new products and competition status
