Position: Executive – Inside Sales
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reportsto:TeamLead–InsideSales
JobSummary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets through lead conversion and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
2. Qualify in coming leads and identify sales opportunities.
3. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions/products.
4. Follow up on leads,conduct product demos,and maintain a high conversion rate.
5. Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience
. 6. Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and prospect data.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Experience:3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the Education/EdTech or Man power Services sector.
