Job description

Roles and Responsibilities 

•          Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and operational requirements.

•          Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers/vendors for power plant equipment and spare parts.

•          Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to achieve the best value for the organization.

•          Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.

•          Coordinate with engineering, project management, and maintenance teams to understand equipment specifications and delivery schedules.

•          Monitor supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and resolve any procurement-related issues.

•          Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

•          Stay updated with market trends, new technologies, and changes in regulatory standards impacting procurement
