Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to lead the company’s treasury and fundraising operations, including cash flow planning, debt management, and project finance reporting. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in IPO processes, investment banking, and venture capital fundraising, contributing to AVPL’s growth and capital strategy. Key Responsibilities Treasury & Cash Flow Management • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure optimum liquidity across all business units. • Manage short-term investments and forecast cash flows to meet operational and strategic needs. Debt Fundraising & Institutional Liaison • Identify funding requirements and raise capital through banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions (term loans, working capital lines, etc.). • Prepare CMA reports, financial models, and other credit-related documentation. • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and rating agencies. Project Finance & DPR Reporting • Prepare and maintain Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for ongoing and upcoming ventures. • Conduct cost analysis, financial modeling, risk assessments, and revenue forecasting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budget planning and fund allocation. IPO, Investment Banking, and Venture Capital • Assist in IPO readiness and compliance, coordinating with legal, audit, and underwriting partners. • Support engagements with investment banks for capital structuring and strategic investments. • Liaise with venture capital firms and manage investor documentation and communication. Compliance & Governance • Ensure adherence to all regulatory, tax, and statutory obligations related to treasury functions. • Implement internal controls and risk management practices in treasury operations. Qualifications & Skills • Master’s in Finance / MBA / CA / CMA or an equivalent qualification • Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or related roles • Hands-on expertise in treasury operations, debt instruments, CMA/DPR reports, and project finance • Exposure to IPO processes, investment banking transactions, and venture capital fundraising • Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and advanced MS Excel • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders • High degree of accuracy, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
