Job Title: Store Incharge Company: Unimark Group Location: Kolkata Experience Required: 5+ Years Department: Stores & Inventory Management Reporting To: Project/Procurement Head Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Incharge to oversee and manage all store operations at our Kolkata site. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GR2 systems, ERP tools, and storekeeping procedures, especially in the construction or real estate sector. Key Responsibilities:  Oversee day-to-day store operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.  Ensure accurate maintenance of Goods Receipt Note (GR2) and ERP system entries.  Maintain inventory levels and track material consumption.  Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and vendors for timely material availability.  Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory.  Ensure proper documentation and labeling of all store materials.  Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper storage conditions in the store.  Prepare and maintain records such as Material Receipt Notes (MRNs), Issue Slips, and Stock Registers.  Prevent stock discrepancies through proper checks and controls.  Generate daily, weekly, and monthly store reports for management. Key Skills Required:  Proficient in ERP systems and GR2 documentation.  Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping best practices.  Familiarity with construction materials and tools.  Good coordination and communication skills.  Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.  Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications. Qualification:  Graduate (Any discipline).  Diploma or certification in Material Management is a plus.  5+ years of relevant experience in store operations (preferably in construction/real estate industry).
